• Rolled Canvas(Unstretched ): Canvas is shipped rolled in a protective tube and requires stretching or framing before hanging.

• Frameless Stretched (Gallery Wrapped Canvas): Canvas is stretched over a wooden inner frame with finished, gallery-wrapped edges. Ready to hang, without a decorative outer frame.

• Framed Stretched: Canvas is stretched over a wooden inner frame and finished with a modern aluminum or wooden outer frame, available in 5 colors. Ready to hang. Floating frames or other custom framing options are available—please contact us (service@lumigallery.com or WhatsApp +44 7355 237416).

Choose a canvas that balances your wall dimensions with the art’s orientation. Use these guidelines:

1. Measure & Scale Your Space
•Small Rooms: A large vertical or square statement piece can make a small room feel grand without cluttering.
•Large Rooms: Use a large horizontal canvas or a gallery set (diptych/triptych) to fill the space and add layered depth.

2. Select the Right Orientation
•Vertical: Best for narrow walls, hallways, or beside beds. Draws the eye upward for higher ceilings and an elegant feel.
•Horizontal: Ideal for wide walls like above sofas, beds, or dining tables. Expands the room visually and creates a cinematic effect.
•Square: Great for symmetry—above fireplaces or bookshelves, or grouped in grids for a modern, creative look.

3. Pro Placement Tips
•Eye-Level Rule: Hang the center of the artwork at eye level. Adjust for sitting or standing views.
•75% Rule: For art above furniture, canvas width should be roughly 60–75% of the furniture width for visual balance.

We offer global tax-inclusive shipping, so you won’t need to worry about any import taxes or customs duties. All applicable fees are already covered in your purchase price, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.

Please note that in rare cases, customs charges may still occur (usually collected by the courier). If this happens, don’t worry — simply make the payment and then contact us via email or WhatsApp with the receipt. We will refund the tax to you in full.

All paintings are handmade upon order. Production typically takes 3–7 days, depending on the artwork. Custom sizes and bulk orders may require additional time.

Shipping typically takes 4–7 days. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks after purchase.

Once the artwork has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.

Our paintings are hand-painted, so slight variations may occur, but the final colors, textures, and overall look will closely match what you see on our website.

If you purchase the Frameless Stretcheded/Frame Stretched option, we will provide hooks, making it easy for you to hang the painting upon receipt. If you purchase a rolled painting, you will need to find a local gallery to help frame it. They will assist you in installing hooks.

All artworks are carefully packaged by Lumi Gallery using standardized procedures.

• Rolled Canvas: Delivered in a premium hard tube for protection and reduced shipping cost. We recommend having it stretched or framed locally upon arrival.

• Frameless Stretched / Frame Stretched: Shipped flat in reinforced wooden crates, securely sealed for safe international transit. Each piece is tightly protected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, with full packaging support provided.

We prioritize eco-friendly practices and premium quality. All artworks are created using professional-grade oil paints with rich pigments and consistent color, ensuring both visual impact and safety. We use thick, durable linen canvas for its strength and flexibility, helping each painting maintain its original beauty over time.

We carefully package each item to ensure safe delivery, but damage during shipping may still occur.

Please open the package in front of the courier. If damaged, ask the courier to note “Item is damaged” on the waybill. You may keep the item after confirmation.

Take photos immediately and contact us at service@lumigallery.com.

If the courier leaves the package at your door and you’re unable to check in person, still take photos and keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

If you’re not satisfied, return the artwork in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or replacement — no hassle.

If you need to request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. If your refund request is approved, we will process it and automatically credit the refund to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
