How do I choose the right artwork for my space?
When buying artwork, size matters just as much as composition. Start by deciding where you’ll hang the piece, then measure the space to find the right fit. For abstract art, larger sizes often create greater impact — even in smaller rooms, oversized pieces can become striking focal points. In larger spaces, small artworks may feel lost, but grouping them can create a cohesive gallery effect. As a general rule, hang artwork at eye level — whether seated or standing — for the best viewing experience.
What is the production time for the products?
All paintings are handmade upon order. Production typically takes 3–7 days, depending on the artwork. Custom sizes and bulk orders may require additional time.
Shipping Time
Shipping typically takes 4–7 days. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks after purchase.

Can the painting be hung directly after receiving it?
If you purchase the Frameless Stretcheded/Frame Stretched option, we will provide hooks, making it easy for you to hang the painting upon receipt. If you purchase a rolled painting, you will need to find a local gallery to help frame it. They will assist you in installing hooks.
Is the packaging safe?
All artworks are carefully packaged by Lumi Gallery using standardized procedures.
• Rolled Canvas: Delivered in a premium hard tube for protection and reduced shipping cost. We recommend having it stretched or framed locally upon arrival.
• Frameless Stretched / Frame Stretched: Shipped flat in reinforced wooden crates, securely sealed for safe international transit. Each piece is tightly protected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, with full packaging support provided.
Materials and Craftsmanship
We prioritize eco-friendly practices and premium quality. All artworks are created using professional-grade oil paints with rich pigments and consistent color, ensuring both visual impact and safety. We use thick, durable linen canvas for its strength and flexibility, helping each painting maintain its original beauty over time.
Can I cancel or change my order at any time?
All orders can be canceled before shipment. Once the shipping process has begun, the order cannot be canceled, and you will need to wait for the item to arrive to return it for a refund. If your order has been paid for but needs to be changed or canceled, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at service@lumigallery.com or log into your account. Lost or Damaged Items
We carefully package each item to ensure safe delivery, but damage during shipping may still occur.
Please open the package in front of the courier. If damaged, ask the courier to note “Item is damaged” on the waybill. You may keep the item after confirmation.
Take photos immediately and contact us at service@lumigallery.com.
If the courier leaves the package at your door and you’re unable to check in person, still take photos and keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

How long does it take to process a refund?
If you need to request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. If your refund request is approved, we will process it and automatically credit the refund to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
