How are the artworks packaged?
Our artworks are meticulously packaged by Lumi Gallery using a standardised packaging process to ensure safe delivery.

Wooden Crate
Stretched or framed artworks are shipped in wooden crates specially designed for global art transportation. These crates are lined with protective materials that meet our strict standards to ensure the artwork remains secure and undamaged during transit.

Tube
Rolled canvas items are shipped in a dent-resistant tube, which is especially safe for oversized works and reduces shipping costs. We recommend that rolled works be taken to a local framer for careful unrolling and stretching upon arrival.

Delivery Time
Shipping Time: Generally 5-7 days by FedEx/DHL/TNT.
Creating Time: 3-5 days to be hand-painted by a professional artist. The artwork you ordered is created by the artist of the original painting.

During the creation process, the artist will provide you with photos and videos of the artwork. You can express your preferences, such as colors and shades. The artist will make necessary adjustments. The artwork will only be shipped once you are completely satisfied.

Free Shipping: 
Depending on the destination and the size of the artwork, we use delivery companies such as FedEx, DHL, or TNT, or specialist art delivery companies.

Is the Delivery of the Artwork Insured?
Absolutely! Lumi Gallery organises and insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

If I Buy Several Artworks, Will They Be Delivered at the Same Time?
Under normal circumstances, they may be delivered at the same time. However, this depends on the artwork's creation and shipping schedule.

Can I Get Artworks Delivered to a Different Country or to a Different Person?
We deliver to the address provided in your order. Generally, we coordinate the delivery date with the recipient. If the artwork is a surprise or a gift, please inform us in advance.

International Taxes & Duties
We offer global tax-inclusive shipping, so you won’t need to worry about any import taxes or customs duties. All applicable fees are already covered in your purchase price, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.

Please note that in rare cases, customs charges may still occur (usually collected by the courier). If this happens, don’t worry — simply make the payment and then contact us via email or WhatsApp with the receipt. We will refund the tax to you in full.
